I couldn't even believe the building inspectors or Fire Marshall approved this venue. Oh yes also a special mention for the experience of spilled bear all over your head, back and legs from the row of seated patrons behind you. To get down your row to your seat everyone in the row has to get out of there seats and exit the row to let you in your seats, every time you leave to go to vending. Did I mention my elbows stick into my neighbors side seated next to me and his elbows in my side as the seat has us leaning forward ready to hurl us downward out of our seats towards the floor below. The poor patrons, like the majority of Americans and sports fans that are wider than that 14" have to be even more miserable. The upper deck rails that keep a person from falling off the raised upper levels are short (8"-12") easy enough to fall over and the seats are only 14" wide or less to fit my 18" butt and the seat feels like a old milking stool that makes my hips hurt. Can’t wait to go back and watch another game.īall Arena in Denver Colorado is a Horrible and Scary Venue. This is a professional interactive drum team and they played when the Nuggets scored and for the audience’s entertainment. A new thing to me is the Denver Nuggets Skyline Drumline. They honored an Army Sergeant for his service and I was glad to cheer for him in appreciation for his sacrifices in serving our country. It was fun to watch the game, see what antics Rocky was up to and admire the Denver Nugget Dancers. Close enough but not in a crowded section. The folks in our seats moved to some other seats as they didn’t want to sit in their own. The arena was not full and since it’s pre-season I guess they’re not as strict with seating. Finally came to our section so we entered and found people in our seats. The arena is mot accepting cash payments so make sure you have a credit or debit card to make purchases. I swear I always choose the long way round to my seats. There’s an associate standing there to direct people and ensure that only ticketed guests can access the escalator. I like the escalator to the club level as it feels like a VIP experience of sorts. No health checks through a QR code this time. Masks are required and they only allow certain styles of masks so you will need to get a complementary one from them if you are wearing a mask which does not fit their guidelines. After retrieving my bag, I scanned our tickets one at a time to allow us entry. We placed our phones into my see through bag and went through the metal detector. Make sure to check the list on the Ball Arena website before you go. They only allow small bags into the arena and have a list of prohibited items which include large umbrellas and outside food. There were multiple entrances with multiple security checkpoints and ticket verifiers. Made our way with other spectators into the arena. We rode the light rail in to Ball Arena so we wouldn’t have to deal with parking. Denver Nuggets game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
